Guided by his desire to improve customer experiences and his entrepreneurial talents, Andy has become one of the leaders in the service and support outsourcing industry. Andy ventured on his own early in his career. He conceptualized and designed a web-based customer contact management program that integrated contact center operations, returns management and e-commerce. In 1999, he founded Alorica to create efficient and customer-centric solutions for companies. Andy’s unique approach to the customer service industry has resulted in an innovative company that consistently helps clients improve their customer experience.
Andy's success has earned the company numerous awards and accolades including the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award, placement on Software Magazine’s annual list of the 500 largest software and service suppliers, and multiple CRM Excellence Awards from Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine. He was the recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2010 in the Financial and Business Services category for the Orange County/Desert cities region.
Andy has also held multiple executive management roles at Advanced Membrane Technology, CTX Data Services, and Gateway. Andy is a graduate from the University of Southern California.
YC took on the role of President of Alorica in 1999, and is on the board of directors of Alorica. An engineer at heart, YC is a student of quality of service and consistency in performance. YC’s focus is to ensure that we deliver to our promises and exceed client expectation every day, every interaction.
Prior to Alorica, YC had a very successful career at CTX International, a global manufacturer of PCs and monitors, culminating as CEO of the company. At CTX, YC developed the North American market and made CTX a household name. Prior to CTX International, YC has also held various management roles at Helipump. YC graduated from National Taiwan University and continued his studies obtaining both MS and Ph.D. degrees in chemical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Chief Financial Officer
Jack joined Alorica as Chief Financial Officer in 2000. Jack’s fiscal management has allowed Alorica to make substantive investments to better serve its clients. He has also led the several acquisitions that Alorica has made.
Jack has served in various sales, general management, and finance roles in several industries. Early on in his career, Jack was a member of the Treasurer’s staff at GE Capital. He has also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a billion-dollar division of Alliant Food service (formerly Kraft Foods) and also held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Western Pacific, Inc. Jack’s secured a bachelors from University of South Florida and an MBA from NYU.
Executive Vice President
Bob joined Alorica in 1999 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Client Relations, and has been instrumental in building the business since then. Bob is a strong believer in the voice of the customer and is an advocate of client centricity and focus.
Prior to Alorica, Bob held various executive sales positions with CTX International and developed multi-million dollar accounts working with major retailers such as Best Buy, Circuit City, CompUSA, Office Max, Staples, Sears, and PriceCostCo.
Chief Marketing Officer
Amit joined Alorica in 2011. Amit has a global perspective having lived, worked, and been educated in three continents. He brings a tenured history in the BPO and support services arena, and is passionate about creating valuable and differentiating products and services that improve customer experiences.
Amit has served in executive management, marketing, product management, and strategic planning roles for service providers Sitel and Decision One. He started his career at QuickStart Technologies, a Microsoft Certified Partner. Amit is a frequent contributor to various prestigious trade and business publications, such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Fortune, and Business Week. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi, India, and an MBA from Northeast Louisiana University.
