What Our People Are Saying

Protecting the future through everyday action

Doing business responsibly means protecting the environment we all share. From reducing emissions to cutting waste, our commitment to sustainability shows up in how we operate, innovate, and take action.

Sustainability

Our site-level efforts include LED retrofitting, HVAC upgrades, Energy Star certifications, and UL GREENGUARD-certified cleaning. These are supported by employee education, with more than 50% commuting sustainably, paper-free campaigns resulting in 93% of employees not printing for work, and responsible e-waste management—diverting over 40,000 devices from landfills in 2022.

Carbon Footprint

Our focus on sustainability centers on reducing emissions—using CDP and EcoVadis reporting to track progress toward our 2030 and 2035 goals. In 2023, we saw an overall improvement of 10% in carbon emissions for all scopes, and from 2021 to 2022, we achieved a 10% reduction in total carbon emissions and a 25% decrease in Scope 2 emissions from purchased electricity.

Community Impact

We drive community impact through employee-led volunteer efforts that protect the planet and uplift underserved communities. From tree planting to sustainable recycling, these initiatives help preserve natural resources and support nonprofits within our community that provide medical and educational aid to those in need.
