Magna-based company hiring 800 work-from-home employees

MAGNA, Utah (KUTV) — A company in Magna is looking to hire over 800 employees to work from home.

On Monday, Alorica Inc. announced it’s hiring customer service representatives.

According to the company’s website, starting pay is $14 per hour. Depending on the position, the company offers benefits, insurance and 401(k).

In a release, Alorica Inc. said qualified candidates must meet high-speed internet requirements, and will train and work remotely.

The company’s website warns about scam artists falsely recruiting for them. Alorica says it will never ask potential employees to pay for any expense related to the recruitment process.
