The Votes are In! Comparably Names Alorica to “Best Company for Women” and “Best Places to Work” 2017 Lists!

It goes without saying that a company’s culture is the foundation for its success and growth. During Alorica’s rapid growth over the last few years, the company has made it a priority to have a culture rooted in the spirit of keeping things, fun, engaging, family-friendly, and collaborative. This week, compensation, culture and career monitoring website Comparably, announced Alorica had been honored with not one, but TWO awards.

The first, announced on Tuesday, was “Best Company for Women”. Alorica was listed among the best 50 large companies, based on its female team member’s answers to questions about compensation, being challenged at work, receiving valuable feedback, having a mentor at work, and investment in career growth. And just yesterday, the company was honored with a second award, this time for its culture. Alorica’s culture runs deep in everything it does, so it was thrilled to be notified that it received a “Best Places to Work” award (Los Angeles region), which KABC-TV reported on during its evening broadcast (see below)! Headquartered in Irvine, a suburb of Los Angeles, the regional list calls out the companies most admired by the employees for its culture.
