Alorica EMEA's Senior Director of Sales & Marketing Operations, Veronica Wardell, was honored with CCA Global’s first-ever Women in Leadership Award

CCA Global, the professional body for leading brands in customer experience, launched the Women in Leadership awards program to honor outstanding capabilities across the customer service and CX community.

Veronica was awarded for her valuable leadership skills and for driving positive change and impact in customer-facing organizations.
